Quantum dots infrared photodetectors (QDIPs) theoretically have several advantages compared with quantum wells infrared photodetectors (QWIPs). In this paper, we discuss the theoretical advantages of QDIPs including the normal incidence response, lower dark current, higher responsivity and detectivity, etc. Recent device fabrication and experiment results in this field are also presented. Based on the analysis of existing problems, some approaches that would improve the capability of the device are pointed out.  相似文献

Newly synthesized magnetic nanomaterials possess high DNA binding capacity either itself or in the presence of a positively charged lipid-based Metafectene™ reagent or branched polyethylene imine 25 kDa. Polyethylene imine (PEI)-modified nanomaterials are able to deliver nucleic acids in cell culture in duplexes. Magnetofection with triplexes of nanomaterials results in higher transduction efficiencies compared to optimal PEI or Metafectene formulations. 90% transient down-regulation of the target protein in HeLa-green fluorescence protein cells was achieved at short interfering RNA concentrations as low as 8 nM with a formulation of PEI-modified nanoparticles.  相似文献

A one-dimensional dynamic model of polydisperse granular mixture with a power-law size distribution is presented, in which the particles are subject to inelastic mutual collisions and driven by Gaussian white noise. The particle size distribution of the mixture has the fractal characteristic, and a fractal dimension D as a measurement of the inhomogeneity of the particle size distribution is introduced. We define the global granular temperature and the kinetic pressure of the mixture, and obtain their expressions. By molecular dynamics simulations, we have mainly investigated how the inhomogeneity of the particle size distribution and the inelasticity of collisions influence the steady-state dynamic properties of the system, focusing on the global granular temperature, kinetic pressure, velocity distribution and distribution of interparticle spacing. Some novel results are found that, with the increase of the fractal dimension D, the global granular temperature and the kinetic pressure decrease, the velocity distribution deviates more obviously from the Gaussian one and the particles cluster more pronouncedly at the same value of the restitution coefficient e (0<e<1). On the other hand, as the restitution coefficient e decreases, the dynamic behavior has the similar evolution as above at the fixed fractal dimension D. The dynamic behavior changing with e and D is, respectively, presented.  相似文献

Current methodologies used for the inference of thin film stress through curvature measurements are strictly restricted to stress and curvature states which are assumed to remain uniform over the entire film/substrate system. By considering a circular thin film/substrate system subject to non-uniform, but axisymmetric temperature distributions, we derive relations between the film stresses and temperature, and between the plate system's curvatures and the temperature. These relations featured a “local” part which involves a direct dependence of the stress or curvature components on the temperature at the same point, and a “non-local” part which reflects the effect of temperature of other points on the location of scrutiny. Most notably, we also derive relations between the polar components of the film stress and those of system curvatures which allow for the experimental inference of such stresses from full-field curvature measurements in the presence of arbitrary radial non-uniformities. These relations also feature a “non-local” dependence on curvatures making full-field measurements of curvature a necessity for the correct inference of stress. Finally, it is shown that the interfacial shear tractions between the film and the substrate are proportional to the radial gradients of the first curvature invariant and can also be inferred experimentally.  相似文献

结合用注浆沉降法并辅以高压旋喷注浆对某小区典型不均匀沉降建筑物进行纠偏和地基加固的工程实例,着重分析了注浆沉降法纠偏加固的技术原理,并讨论该工法的控制要点;对注浆浆液配合比、注浆孔平面位置、加固深度、注浆量、注浆压力、高压旋喷注浆等设计参数的影响进行了研究探讨,提出加强纠偏加固施工动态控制的重要性。研究和工程实践表明,用注浆沉浆法并选用合适的注浆参数进行建筑物纠偏和地基加固,能使建筑物不均匀沉降得到调整的同时,复合地基承载力得到提高,具有较好的建筑物纠偏和地基加固效果。  相似文献

使用分子束外延生长设备,在GaAs(100)衬底上生长了量子阱宽度为3 nm的GaAs/AlAs多量子阱样品,并在量子阱层中央进行了Be受主的δ-掺杂。根据量子限制受主从束缚态到非束缚态之间的跃迁,设计并制备了δ-掺杂Be受主GaAs/AlAs多量子阱太赫兹光探测器原型器件。在4.2 K温度下,分别对器件进行了太赫兹光电流谱和暗电流-电压曲线的测量。在6 V直流偏压下,空穴载流子沿量子阱层方向输运。当正入射激光频率为6.8 THz时,器件响应率为2×10-4 V/W(2 μA/W)。通过器件的暗电流-电压曲线计算了器件全散粒噪声电流,在4.2 K、6 V直流偏压下,全散粒噪声电流为5.03 fA·Hz-1/2。  相似文献

Protein drugs have great potential as targeted therapies, yet their application suffers from several drawbacks, such as instability, short half‐life, and adverse immune responses. Thus, protein delivery approaches based on stimuli‐responsive nanocarriers can provide effective strategies for selectively enhancing the availability and activation of proteins in targeted tissues. Herein, polymeric micelles with the ability of encapsulating proteins are developed via concurrent ion complexation and pH‐cleavable covalent bonding between proteins and block copolymers directed to pH‐triggered release of the protein payload. Carboxydimethylmaleic anhydride (CDM) is selected as the pH‐sensitive moiety, since the CDM? amide bond is stable at physiological pH (pH 7.4), while it cleaves at pH 6.5, that is, the pathophysiological pH of tumors and inflammatory tissues. By using poly(ethylene glycol)‐poly(l ‐lysine) block copolymers having 45% CDM addition, different proteins with various sizes and isoelectric points are loaded successfully. By using myoglobin‐loaded micelles (myo/m) as a model, the stability of the micelles in physiological conditions and the dissociation and release of functional myoglobin at pH 6.5 are successfully confirmed. Moreover, myo/m shows extended half‐life in blood compared to free myoglobin and micelles assembled solely by polyion complex, indicating the potential of this system for in vivo delivery of proteins.  相似文献

This is the first of a series of three related papers dealing with some of the consequences of non-uniform meshes in a numerical model. In this paper the accuracy of the Crank–Nicolson linear finite element scheme, which is applied to the linear shallow water equations, is examined in the context of a single abrupt change in nodal spacing. The (in)accuracy is quantified in terms of reflection and transmission coefficients. An incident wave impinging on the interface between two regions with different nodal spacings is shown to give rise to no reflected waves and two transmitted waves. The analysis is verified using three different wavelengths (2Δx, 4Δxx) in three ‘hot-start’ numerical experiments with a mesh expansion factor of 2 and three experiments with a mesh contraction factor of 1/2. An energy flux analysis based on the concept of group velocity shows that energy is conserved across the interface.  相似文献
